Hello, my name is TeJai. I am an avid reader of lesbian romance novels. I am currently working towards my bachelors in Creative Writing and English &. I live near Austin, TX with my wife of 9 years. We have been together almost 20 years. We love taking walks outdoors and just enjoying life. We have 5 dogs, but our boy Bleu & crossed that rainbow bridge a few years ago.

I have loved to read since I was young. I didn't think I could enjoy it more than I did. But, one day I wanted to read something that I could relate to personally. I noticed that no show, book or movie depicted lesbian characters. I am a sucker for a romantic movie, but there were never any that I felt I could really relate to. I will be honest I didn't know there were books with lesbian characters, but I decided to search online to see what came up. When the page loaded, my eyes just about bugged out of my head. I had never seen so may results, I wanted to click on everyone. At some point I clicked on most of them. However, my eyes were drawn to a specific author - Harper Bliss. The name stood out and I was like, lets see what she has. The first book I read was Seasons of Love by Harper Bliss. I was so emotional reading a story that I could really relate to the emotions and understand how the characters felt. After that, I was hooked. Reading her book is what lead me to want to read and review books.

 

I hope my reviews reach people all over and introduce them to new authors and books. I hope you enjoy my blog and site.
